* A phase I, open-label, randomized, single-treatment, crossover study in 17 adult patients (>18 years of age) with EPI secondary to chronic pancreatitis to determine the bioavailability of lipase from ZENPEP in the duodenum under fed conditions. Statistical significance was seen at 30 minutes as compared with duodenal lipase release without ZENPEP.2
